On a Personal Note:

When I was 8 years old my family moved to Ferndale, Washington. It is a small riverside town near Bellingham. I have lived here most of my life.

I graduated from Western Washington University in 12/2004 with a B.A. Degree. I also received my paralegal certificate in 8/04 and have been a Realtor for Pacific Realty Group since 1/06. I do BPO training and consulting locally and throughout the state of Washington full-time and real estate sales part-time.

During my free time I enjoy spending time exploring the outdoors with my almost 9 year old son, Nickolas and my special love, Robert. I also have a passion for rollerblading, writing eBooks, travelling and making memories with my son, my sweetheart and our adorable Balinese cat named Misty.

On a Professional Note:

As of mid December 2008, I am pursuing becoming a Licensed and Certified Real Estate Instructor through the state of Washington. I am working on teaming up with a nationally known Certified Instructor to put together a class on Broker Price Opinions that real estate professionals in the state of Washington will be able to get clock hour credit when they take the class. I'll keep you posted on our progress.

I am very proud to share with you the fact that I work within family-owned and operated real estate & mortgage companies in Bellingham, Washington. My broker is my father and my mother is also a Realtor within our real estate company.

I have been a Realtor since January of 2006 for Pacific Realty Group, Inc. and am also a licensed Loan Officer for Pacific Mortgage Lenders, Inc. (One of the oldest mortgage brokerages in the state of Washington).

I am the only agent in our office that has done BPO's and thus I specialize in Broker Price Opinions and did them full-time for the last two years where I offered my services to over 30 companies. I have recently transitioned over to doing BPO Training and consulting full-time and still do real estate sales part-time.

I have worked extremely hard these past few years to become one of the "Leading Source for Broker Price Opinion Education and Instruction." I have worked hard on making information about BPO's available for other agents and brokers all across the United States. So far, I have been fortunate to have been able to help over 1,700 real estate professionals learn more about the Broker Price Opinion business.

It's Official! My BPO Manual has now been published and is available for purchase through Amazon. I have sold over $2,750 of my paperback books through Amazon to date. Thank you to everyone who has helped make this possible.

Also, I am pleased to announce that I have become a permanent fixture of eBay. I am very fortunate to have recognized by eBay as being a "Powerseller" I provide my bestselling BPO Manual as well as my All-In-One BPO and REO Package and my Essential BPO and REO Resource Guide for sale through eBay. They are made available for all licensed Real Estate Agents, Brokers and Appraisers throughout all of the United States.

Plus, again I am working towards getting my BPO Manual approved so that agents and brokers within Washington state (so far) can get credit and clock hours for learning more about this hidden field.

I have a real passion for education and thus am working on sharing my first hand experience and inside knowledge of this industry by helping to educate others and making information about BPO's more easily accessible.
